At Trend with Bag, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind on full-priced items, provided they meet our return conditions.
Sale or clearance items cannot be returned for a refund due to change of mind unless required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or required to be returned under the Australian Consumer Law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or required by Australian Consumer Law:

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
