Order Processing

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Within Australia
We proudly ship Australia-wide using trusted courier services such as Australia Post, StarTrack, and other reputable delivery partners.

Shipping Costs

We may occasionally offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders as part of promotional campaigns.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may:

Leave the parcel in a safe place (where authorised).

Leave a collection card for pickup at your nearest Australia Post outlet or courier depot.

Attempt redelivery where available.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the delivery address provided was incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery online.
Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Trend with Bag is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, severe weather, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia. If international shipping becomes available, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
